Position Summary
BitChip Digital, a fast-growing software and creative technology company, is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive with solid experience in SaaS or product-based digital marketing. If you have hands-on expertise in driving user acquisition, improving conversion funnels, and optimizing growth metrics for SaaS products, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid ads
- Improve user acquisition funnels and drive qualified traffic to our SaaS products
- Work closely with product and growth teams to optimize activation, retention, and conversions
- Conduct A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and improve onboarding flows
- Track key SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, MRR growth, trial-to-paid conversion
- Manage content strategies and collaborate with writers and designers
- Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights
Requirements
Education
📍 Bachelor’s Degree / Honors (any relevant discipline)
Experience
📍 Minimum 2+ years in SaaS or digital product-based marketing
📍 Experience in a Software Company is required
Additional Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or product-based digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, trials, and subscription models
- Hands-on experience with SEO, social media ads, email automation, and analytics tools
- Ability to run experiments and optimize campaigns independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta/Google Ads, CRM tools, and funnel analytics
