BitChip Digital is looking for a motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our team and contribute to creating high-quality websites that help businesses grow. This role involves building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites using popular page builders like Elementor and Divi. Working closely with our design and content teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized sites for our clients.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with WordPress development

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites to meet client needs and specifications.
- Use page builders like Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery to create engaging, high-quality layouts.
- Install and configure themes and plugins to add functionality and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure responsive design for seamless functionality across all devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and plugin conflicts to optimize website performance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver cohesive, high-quality websites.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and adherence to SEO best practices.
Skills & Expertise
- WordPress Development: Proficiency in building and customizing WordPress websites.
- Page Builder Expertise: Strong knowledge of Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and other popular page builders.
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize sites for SEO and fast performance.
